Virtual wellness classes start Jan. 11

Virtual wellness classes are a great way to exercise from your home or office while social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The Wellness Center is offering the following classes this semester, starting Monday, Jan. 11:

Note: There will be a six-week trial of Friday morning Zumba and Saturday morning yoga. Pilates and Cardio Fusion (with weights) will be offered later in the semester; pre-recorded classes are available to view.
