Virtual 'Mindful Steps' series scheduled to begin Sept. 20

Led by a team of expert instructors, a free, six-week series is designed to assist in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness, and relaxation. The "Mindful Steps" series will take place virtually from noon to 1 p.m. every Monday, from Sept. 20 through Oct. 25.

Participants can attend up to six one-hour sessions that offer a variety of simple, yet practical, tools to be mindful in daily living. Recordings of each session will be available for those unable to attend the live sessions.
