Six-week virtual ‘Mindful Steps’ series launches

A free virtual six-week “Mindful Steps” series, designed to assist employees in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness, and relaxation, is set for Mondays, beginning Oct. 5.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Oct. 5: Introduction to Mindfulness
  • Oct. 12: Fundamentals of Mindfulness
  • Oct. 19: Embodied Mindfulness
  • Oct. 26: Communication and Compassion
  • Nov. 2: Mindfulness and Resiliency
  • Nov. 9: Mindfulness Practices Revisited
