Monday, June 22, 2020

When it comes to quitting tobacco, there's no time like the present. It's difficult -- in fact, only six percent of people who try to quit smoking succeed their first time.

But Breathe Well, Live Well, a smoking cessation program offered by the WVU Department of Family Medicine, is here to help employees beat the odds.

Breathe Well, Live Well offers professional guidance, group support, tools, and strategies to help you kick your habit. The next FREE six-week class series begins meeting on Monday, July 6, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The classes will meet via Zoom.
