Details on Employee Holiday Assistance Program available for applicants

WVU Hospitals (WVUH) established the Employee Holiday Assistance Program to assist employees in providing holiday cheer for eligible dependent children, from birth to age 13. Many departments and employees have enriched the holidays with their generosity for these children over the years.
Interested employees from WVUH (including Fairmont Medical Center) must complete an application and submit it with a “wish list” for each child to Care Management by Monday, Nov. 1. Applications are reviewed for eligibility prior to matching the children with sponsors.
Due to COVID restrictions, applicants will be contacted to pick up items on Dec. 8 or Dec. 9 at a location to be determined later. No earlier or later arrangements will be able to be accommodated.
Completed forms can be mailed to Care Management, PO Box 8237; dropped off at the Care Management office located in the northeast tower, fourth floor, by loading dock; or emailed to Rebecca Kilgus at Rebecca.email@example.com or Tiffany Yanuzo at firstname.lastname@example.org
