HR1Source launches

Starting today (Oct. 8), HR and Payroll have a new identity – HR1Source – and new resources available.

HR1Source is supporting employees – system-wide – with a new service center and website, and is focused on meeting all of employees’ HR and payroll needs.

HR1Source provides employees with information about Absence/Time Off, Benefits, Payroll, Tuition, Retirement, and The Wellness Program. In addition, direct access to vendor partners for healthcare, retirement, and leaves of absence is provided. On the HR1Source website, articles and FAQs allow employees to quickly search for relevant information.

There are multiple ways for employees to receive HR1Source support:

  • Call – HR Customer Service team members are available by phone Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 1-833-599-2100.
  • Click – The new HR1Source website is available 24/7 for employees and features personalized content. The new website is accessible at
  • Chat – Employees who access the new website can take advantage of an online chat tool, which allows them to connect with HR Customer Service team members. It is available weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
