Tuesday, October 8, 2019
The Facilities Engineering Department will begin replacing the roof on level 10 East of J.W. Ruby Hospital on Thursday, Oct. 17. The project will take four weeks to complete.
A crane will be placed in front of the building near the statue of J.W. Ruby and Hazel Ruby McQuain, and the walkway going into the southeast tower. The crane will be positioned on the sidewalk to allow one lane of traffic to pass. Pedestrians will be required to use the walkway in the parking lot. Signs will be installed to assist with traffic. Caution tape will be visible around the work areas.
