    CED Mini-Grant Call for Proposals The WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities will award up to four mini-grants of up to $2,500 to collaborative teams including community representatives, providers, researchers, and/or organizations to implement evidence-based and promising strategies that promote health and independence among individuals with disabilities in West Virginia.     WVU in the News: WVU Medicine hosts grand opening for Center for Hope and Healing WVU Medicine and the WVU Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry held a grand opening on Mar. 1 for the new WVU Medicine Center for Hope and Healing. The 29,305-square-foot addiction treatment facility offers 12 beds for subacute medically managed withdrawal residential care and 30 beds for residential care up to 28 days.
